Studies have  shown that organizations that emphasize teamwork innovate faster because their teams are quicker at finding solutions to challenges and problems.  However, this is possible only if the team members have acquired the skills and capacity to collaborate towards better performance and productivity.

Each one of us has a story. We wake up with it in the morning, and usually without noticing, it walks with us throughout the day. Our story is present everywhere, embedded in our relationships, in our ambitions, in our actions. It is what we tell about our
life and our reality. It is what we tell about ourselves to ourselves and to others.

In the photo album, one gets to create the photo album of my success, the photo album of our project, the photo album of how we work together as a team, the photo album of the relationship I am seeking... and having fun connecting within small groups to explore perspectives and possibilities.

Explore the theme of Deepening Teamwork & Relationships and be immerse in half day interactive session that gives us the opportunity to tell our story and to explore it from different points of view through our connection with images, words and people around us.  Together, we look at it from a new place and discover surprising insights in a fun and playful way which will make our ½ day team-learning session even more deep and meaningful.
